By accessing or using Cosmosfy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cosmosfy is a collaborative design and productivity platform that provides tools for ideation, design, AI-powered intelligence, knowledge management, and workflow automation. The Service includes Canvas, Studio, Cosmos AI, Galaxy Hub, and Flows modules.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

"User Content" means any content you create, upload, or share through our Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. By using our Service, you grant us a license to:

  • Store and display your content to provide the Service
  • Make backups and copies for reliability purposes
  • Modify content for technical purposes (e.g., formatting)

You represent that you own or have the rights to use any content you upload, and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Cosmosfy Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COSMOSFY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
